This cover belongs to a 1998 CD series filed under Yellowstone, and its imagery draws on Art Nouveau, the decorative style that flourished in Europe and America from about 1890 to 1910. Its curving lines, a woman rendered in a stylized, flowing manner, and playful cherubs echo the posters and book covers of that era. The park itself was set aside as the first national park in 1872 and was long nicknamed "Wonderland," a name that suits a design meant to evoke a dreamlike, ornamental world. The mix of a turn-of-the-century style with a late-1990s release is what makes the cover worth a closer look.
