The only identifying detail here is the surname Farrar, which comes from caption cards the Bain News Service attached to its negatives, and the Library of Congress lists it as unverified. A possible match is the soprano Geraldine Farrar, a Metropolitan Opera star in the early twentieth century who later acted in silent films, but the record does not confirm that. George Grantham Bain ran his New York news photo service from the early 1900s, and its glass negatives document the press pictures of that period, when images of public figures were sent quickly to newspapers.
