Cheese Log

Appetizer

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb	cream cheese
[1 1/2?] cup	crumbled blue cheese
1/4 lb	butter
1/2	green pepper, minced
1 tbsp	Worcestershire sauce
drops	Tabasco
as needed	walnuts

Method

"Blast" everything down in the mixer (speeds 9, 6 ...).
Serve in a crock, or shape into a log with walnuts.

1/2 g. pepper minced
1T worcester
