Er, Teton Village is actually west of Jackson, but you have to go
south, then west, then north to get there...
...Better bets: A Mexican place (can't recall name) in
basement below Million Dollar Cowboy Bar on the square and for breakfast -
Bubba's on the highway into town from the South.
There is a great mexican place on the road between Wilson and Teton
Village -- a separate building on the east side of the road. I wish
I could remember the name, though...
As to other places in and around Jackson, try the bar at Dornans (near
park headquarters) (GREAT VIEW!!!). Spring Creek Ranch and Steiglers
are excellant, and Anthony's is great inexpensive Italian. Another
good one is the Cadillac Bar and Grill -- great meat dishes. Also try
Billy's Burgers -- they are monstrous and delicious...
In the summer, go to dinner at Jenny Lake Lodge. Avoid the sunday
buffet -- the sit-down meal is _much_ better. Make reservations,
bring mucho dinero...
