One of Seattle's best restaurants is Place Pigalle in the Pike Place Market. Great seafood, but also creative preparations of rabbit, lamb, pork,etc. They have to have 200+ wines, but you must ask for the reserve list to get the full impact. Unbelievable view, small, dressier at night. My fave!
