You shouldn't miss it because it's got the best vegan (strict vegetarian) food around, especially on weekends for brunch. It's simple but very good food, closed Mondays. There's also the Gravity Bar on Broadway (also on Capitol Hill), which has the most varied and extensive vegetarian menu in the area. They also have the most varied selection of fruit and vegetable juices. Another choice is the Noodle Studio, also on Broadway. This one is a Thai restaurant which can prepare almost all meals completely vegetarian, without any fish sauce or chicken broth or other common additives in Thai food. M.

(Good waffles) The Bamboo Garden is all vegetarian "fake meat" chinese food and its great, too. (Queen Anne) And there's always Cafe Flora, a gourmet vegetarian restaurant in Madison Park.
I strongly second that - I've been getting good "soup noodle" and just about anything else on the 8 or 10 page menu for several years. Love the authentic egg foo yung - there's no goopy gravy. Heavenly Hot and Sour soup - Szechuan style. Service is nice too if a bit intrusive, kind of like being at Grandma's house, chinese style. Enjoy!
