Drive north on Broadway past the Broadway business district. Broadway turns into 10th, and Miller is the intersection at which you'll find the Rain City Grill, just south of the overpass over 520. I was all over the chicken chili verde as well--most excellent!
I second the kudos for Galerias. I went there Saturday night with a group of friends and we loved the place -- and the saucy owner. I wish I could say the same for the Santa Fe cafe on Phinney. Went there on Sunday and -- I'm not kidding -- it took 45 minutes for the frowny waiter to take our orders. Then food was another 40 minutes. That's a pretty long time for eggs, unless you're a chicken trying to lay one. Don't go there. You'll have better food, more fun and more money left in your wallet at Galerias.

My most recent experience at this place involved a 45 minute wait to have my order taken, and another 45 minutes to get it. And the place wasn't even busy. We asked the servers several times why we (2 people) were waiting so long--they didn't know. That experience will keep me away. -tom redding
