Good, popular place; decent beer selection, generally good eats (and
every neighborhood should be blessed with a place like this), but

The Maple Leaf Grill is up in the northeastern section of Seattle,
on Roosevelt Way N.E., and rather far from downtown and Capitol Hill.
Downtown, I'd probably steer someone looking for good beer 'n' eats
of similarly high quality to the Belltown Pub. If that someone wanted
to head north, there are good beers and eats to be had the Hilltop Ale
House, a smidge closer to downtown.

In the south end, I would like to recommend the Spot Tavern for pizza.
Some micro's, good fresh veggies and each one prepared fresh.
I live in Renton, and getr there at least once o month.
