If you're willing to make a bit of a drive, the Lobster Shop, down on the waterfront near Tacoma is fun. Traditional breakfast stuff, lovely seafood, beautiful (relatively formal), looking out over the water... They have a brunch buffet that's around $14 a person (I think...) Catherine
