Seattle vegetarian restaurants

 And you will find what you seek at the Bamboo Garden on Roy Street, not
 far from the Seattle Center's north side (along which Mercer Street runs;
 Roy Street is one more street north).

 There's also a fine vegetarian buffet at Flowers, at University Way NE and
 NE 42nd Street in the University District.

 There are Indian and Thai places around that will also do vegetarian dishes.
