 Hi Peter.

I really love pancakes! My favorite places are:

 Mr. Bills in North Seattle
 Beth's by Greenlake
 Pancake Chef in SeaTac
 Jimbo's in Lynnwood

Especially Mr. Bill's. Stay away from just the pancake plates though,
they are *HUGE* and for some reason they don't taste as good as their
'Pancake Combo' breakfast. I think it's because they are huge and they
just don't cook up as well as their 'dollar sized'. Which is funny.
Their silver dollar sized pancakes are normal size and the regular ones
are just monstrosities (they overlap the lip of the plate).

The Pancake Haus east of the Northgate shopping mall. My husband
and I go there at least twice a week.

(Psst. They make great hamburgers, too!)
