Favorite places for vegetarian meals?

 I've eaten at Carmelitta's (on Phinney Ridge) twice, and it's pretty good;
 but Cafe Flora (over by the Arboretum) has been conistently excellent every
 time I've eaten there over the last 5 years (fairly frequently).  The
 service at CF is also a bit more professional, on average.  CF has fantastic
 soups, I'd say 3 out of 4 entries I have there are top-notch (I like to try
 new things when I'm there.)  Desserts are in the good-to-very-good range.

 The Bamboo Garden near the Seattle Center.
