Josh, if she likes Japanese, there's the Eating Factory, which features Japanese all-you-can-scarf buffet lunches and dinners, with all sorts of hot and cold items, from yakisoba and miso to salads and sushi. Isn't the Raga restaurant - Indian food, as requested - on the Eastside?
