What follows is quite enlightening - I too frequent many of these places,
 but I have some additions..

 >Well for N.W. continental go to Azalea's Fountain Court on Old Main
 >street in Bellevue.
 >
 >For Japanese go to I Love Sushi

For Sushi, and Korean food, see also Shilla (or Shilla's?) in Redmond.

 >For Thai go to Thai Ginger in Factoria

Or Thai Kitchen, in Bellevue or Totem Lake, Kirkland.

 >For Indian go to Moghul Palace or Raga
 >
 >For Lebanese go to Mediterranean Kitchen on Bellevue Way
 >
 >For Greek go to Orexi on Bellevue Way
 >
 >For French go to Relais in Bothell
 >
 >For seafood go to Fish Cafe in Kirkland, Anthony's Home Port in Kirkland
 >
 >For Chinese go to Noble Court in Bellevue

Or Ming Place, also in Bellevue, not far from Noble Court.

 For take-out, see:

Sarducci's (subs and Italian in Kirkland),
Taco Del Mar (big tasty burritos in Kirkland and Redmond),
 Tokyo Grill (Teriyaki in Kirkland),
Dixie's BBQ (in Bellevue, with the hottest sauce ever).

To be a little nitpicky, the one on Main Street in Bellevue is
Cocina del Puerco. El Puerco Lloron is on the Pike Place Hill Climb. Only
difference is in the name and location.

I always stop at Puerco Lloron when I'm in the market -- even if I'm not
all that hungry, I'll stop for chips n' salsa and a Carta Blanca and wish
that I had stopped there for lunch.

Beats me. "Tres Hermanos," on 908 (aka 85th) (aka Redmond Way), in
Kirkland, definitely should have been on my earlier list of restaurants
though. It used to be Las Margarita's... Their chicken mole is among the
 best I've ever had.
