Pho, pronounced "fuh", or "pho ba" means beef noodle soup. "Pho Ga" is
chicken noodle soup. They both have rice noodle. "Pho Hoa" restaurant is
a chain that has the largest selection and good pho (Intn'l Dist. and
Rainier Valley, elsewhere incl. Calif.). "My's" on Univ. Ave is okay, but
"Pho Hoa" is much better because they have more to choose from.

If you want really good soup noodle try "Pnom Penh Noodle" on King St. in
the Int'l. District. Get the "PP Special" soup. It blows pho away. It's
 tastier.
