I've found some darn good happy hour deals at Newport Bay in Kirkland next to 405. The funny thing is, in season, you usually see various Seahawks in there eating the same happy hour stuff. Eugene Robinson used to be in there every time I went. BTW, he's really cool. They have a pretty extensive $1.50-$1.99 menu. Last time I was in there the Chowder and the Cheese Burger were the best deals. It changes from time to time, though.
