Bamboo Terrace is the best Chineese in Seattle, bar none!
We always get the handmade noodles with shrimp, and have taken
to the chineese eggplant dish too.

I agree with all other posters in this group. It may be a hole in the wall, but
the food is excellent and the proprietors are very friendly. Occasionally they
have specials with eggplant which are very good.

Great food, outstanding noodles. For years, this place was Tim's Kitchen, a
good neighborhood Mandarin restaurant. Now it's extraordinary. Ask and they'll
show you the owner/chef's medal he received for the best Chinese restaurant in
  Saudi Arabia.
