yes! it's true. old style, hometown,eastcoast to the midwest kitch, northwest/east character and sensibility....and damn good food.... opening On The Island, bainbridge- that is watch for it in august...around the 11th-15th... we're still building up our kitchen ;-) how do i know.....wellllll.....you'll see Kite ;-)
