It's a little to the North of the Rockville Post Office along 355, on the opposite side of the street. There's a Cuban place, the Cuban Corner, right next door. Both places are good, in my opinion. (I haven't been in the Cuban place since "the troubles" in Miami, so I don't whether you'll get a dose of Elian-related bombast if you go there...) Up the road in Gaithersburg, there a place called Negril Jamaican Eatery, which is also not bad, but a bit lower on the atmosphere scale than Caribbean Feast, in my opinion. It's in the "Hechinger's Square" Center at 18513 Frederick Road, maybe a scant mile North of Montgomery Village Ave. on Rt.355. Bob
