We like Cafe Delat the best, then Cafe Saigon--for food and service. The seating can be a bit tight, but they have their own atmosphere/charm. A little farther towards Ballston down Wilson is the Chesapeake Crab House--if it's warm enough you can dine outdoors under Christmas lights in a "boat."
