If it's Sam and Harris, maybe you could get pastrami for four with a good bottle of cream soda and cheesecake for dessert for your $100 certificate. By the way, I notice that the sign is up for the Sam & Harry's at Tyson's Corner now. Maybe Mortons of Chicago will have a little competetion for the three martini lunch crowd.
