In maryland, bethesda, there is Buon Giorno, Tragara and Positano's.  Seafood in Bethesda, O'donnells and Bish Thompson's.

In Washington D.C., most anything on K street (restaurant row) will be good.  Maine Avenue has good seafood restaurants by the water.
