We went on a Saturday afternoon and thought the food was mildly overpriced but decent. It was fun (and would be even more so if you had kids). The specialty drinks were quite expensive ($6+). Our assessment: the whole experience was worth it, but you pay for the atmosphere as well as the food. It was fun for a one-time visit...now that we've gone, we have no desire to return. :)

I've been three times now and liked it a lot. I did choose to go, however, at times when there was little or no wait.

My companions and I have tried at least 8 dishes and we liked them all. The only one we were not really hot on was the pizza which wasn't as good as the nearby CPK.

Yes this is a chain, but they have put a lot of money into the restaurant, and not just into the setting (which is kind of fun). They've also put money into the kitchen.

Many of the dishes are imaginative. Try something new.

And the portions are quite large.

Decent value, good food, amusing setting, I'll go back, but I won't wait an hour to get in.

The food is okay, but certainly not worth a two and a half hour wait on line, which is typical. I think it is also somewhat overspriced. In addition, the place has a grossly overdone tropical rainforest motif, complete with huge models of animals that bellow and scream periodically, and it is also dimly lit. It's designed to be entertaining for children. I found it really got on my nerves, both times I ate there. But I understand from the financial news that the company is immensely profitable.
