One of my favorites, even though it's trendy, is Ruths Chris Steak house in Bethesda, MD. (It's on 355). They also have a great location in crystal city. Farther north, in Montomgery County, is the Normandy Farm, I believe in Potomac, but I don't know exactly where, and haven't been there in years. IN Rockville, on 355, there's Timpano's. It's relatively new (less than a year), and has fabulous food.
