Tortilla Factory in Herndon is the best. The food at Rio Grande in Reston is okay (it's just like every other Rio Grande in the world). My experience with the service at Rio Grande in Reston, however, is that it's far below par. You have to be really inept to piss me off so much I won't ever return to your restaurant, and Rio Grande's servers are just that inept.

Besides, why go to a "so-so" place with horrible service when the Tortilla Factory is just around the corner?
