The Tortilla Coast, near Union Station has good Mexican food. There is also the Austin Grill on Wisconsin Ave. just above Georgetown. They have great tex-mex.

In VA, the bes place I have been is in Arlington. The name of the restaurant is the Rio Grande Cafe. It is terrific.

If you like a little more artsy presentation you could try Santa Fe East in Old Town Alexandria.

There is a place called Mixtec in Adams Morgan that is worth trying. Very cheap and dirty, but excellent food. Rio Grande Cafe has pretty good food but requires a two+ hour wait.

The Arlington one has a "bar" where you may eat. There is a Rio Grande in Bethesda, MD. also. Near Wisconsin, and East West Highway.

Great ribs, and their beef, and shrimp fajita is *almost* better than sex.
