I'm very partial to a place called "Sabang" north of the Beltway around Silver Spring. Does Melati do a rijstaffel? Sabang offers one, but in fact it's not a rijstaffel at all but just a multi-course feast. (It was great, but it wasn't a rijstaffel.)
