Can't help on Chinese, but if you'll settle for Thai-Laotian, the Bangkok-Vientiane is on Route 7 just about two miles east/south of Tysons. It's JUST after you get into the City of Falls Church, on the left, next to Panjshir, which is a fine Afghani place.

RG> Also, Do you know about 'Hunan Lion' on Rt.123 and nearby Rt. 7? Tell
  RG> me about it.

Last time I ate there, it was excellent. I forget what I ate, but I still remember how expensive it was -- hope that info helps.

I've been to the Hunan Lion a couple of times. I think it's overrated, but
some people seem to like it.

I can't think of any convenient Chinese buffet lunches in the Tysons area.
Farther afield, though, Hunan Regent (halfway between Court House and
Clarendon on Wilson Blvd.) is pretty decent. Sometimes, they even put pot
stickers on the buffet. Actually, I have a hard time pinpointing any
significant number of Chinese places near Tysons at all.

If you like Indian food, Aarathi offers a buffet lunch; they are at the east
end of Vienna, on Maple Ave., just a few minutes from Tysons.
