For our one meal out a month, we went to Kabul Caravan.  It was great!  The atmosphere is nice, the service is attentive but not pushy and the food was delicious!  Thanks for all the other recommendations, everybody!

Up Wilson Boulevard from Rosslyn.  Precise address in your phone book.  It's a 2-minute drive from Rosslyn.  Coming from I-66 EASTBOUND, you take the exit after Spout Run and before Key Bridge, hang a fairly immediate right up the street that's after Princess Street, and when you get to Wilson it's in the shopping center immediately on your right.
