Indian Rest in Northern VA?
The Bombay Bistro on Rte. 123 between I-66 and 50/29 is now open; its sign advertises a luncheon buffet for $5.95. I believe that this is $1 less than the buffets at Connaught Place and Gandhi (two other restaurants of this genre in Fairfax City).

Cafe Taj in McLean is nice too and has a very pleasant atmosphere.
