It's a winner for sure. It's about two blocks from Union Station, maybe three. Take 50 into DC, then south on North Capital Street. Make a left in front of Union Station on Mass Ave and continue on it. You'll pass Two Quail on your left at 320 Mass Ave NE. You'll hit a "square circle" where Mass intersects MD Ave around Stanton Park. If you go almost all the way around the square you'll usually find parking very close to the Two Quail just before you rejoin Mass coming back the other way.
