That's Georgia Brown (as in Sweet Georgia Brown). It's an upscale restaurant with a large (not solely) Black clientele. I've eaten there several times, including a banquet-room dinner. It's what the book world would call a "genre" work. Exceptionally good example of Southern-style cooking.
