Try either Knossos or Amphora in Vienna. Knossos is more a gyros place than a full restaurant, but it's excellent. My husband, who has traveled in Greece, likes them both very well.

Primo's Pizza has a selection of great Greek (and Italian) food. Its in the Belleview area, at Fort Hunt & Beacon Hill Road, in the Safeway Plaza. Also, Andrea's on Route 1, 3 mi. south of the Beltway, has really good food. You may want to give Charlie's Steakhouse a call. They used to have a Greek buffet on Thursday nights (Charlie is Greek). It's also on Rte. 1 near Andrea's.

The Aegean Taverna on Clarendon Blvd, 1and 1/2 blocks east of the Clarendon Metro.
