I strongly recommend Taste of Saigon, 410 Hungerford Drive, Rockville, at the edge of the Wintergreen Shopping Center. Quite reasonable prices, good quality food, and attentive service. Also, listed in the Washingtonian's 100 Very Best.

Try Bombay Bistro near downtown Rockville (courthouse area, I think its on Middle lane North of Washington) and China Canteen on rt 355, just north of, and on other side of road from, Heckingers.

There is a restaurant called the India Grill located on Rockville Pike, next door to the Ambrosia Greek Restaurant.

Both places are nice, though I prefer India Grill.  The prices are excellent and so is the food!  Especially the Kashmiri Rogan Josh.
