It's one block up from M street on Wisconsin Ave. Also, in "upper G'town" (Glover Park) is Faccia Luna. Excellent pizza. Enjoy. __ Chris Delaney [email removed]

Georgetown/DC pizza

[agreement with my previous recommendation of Gepetto's skipped] Against my better judgment, I tried Facia Luna just north of Georgetown last night, instead of just going to Gepetto's (which is by far my fav for pizza). I had heard very good things about FL, but I had the white pizza and it was extremely disappointing. It should have been called "crust dusted lightly with cheese." There was almost no olive oil and few herbs. On the plus side, the crust was excellent. My gf had a pumpkin pasta that was extremely ordinary, especially for the high price. My rec: stick with Gepetto's. Never had any bad pizza there, regular or white. And the pictures of Clinton with Barbara Striessand on the wall enjoying Gepetto's pizza after her performance here are nothing short of comical. Check it out. Brian
