Goldoni - I've eaten there twice and had excellent meals both times. One time my entire party of 6 persons had the gastronomic menu (chef's choice, 5 or 6 courses) and everyone enjoyed it. The chef-owner is Venetian, which is reflected somewhat in his cooking. The chef's wife works in the front of the house and is very charming. We had good service, but I could see that there's some potential for attitude problems. It is in the expensive range, but is also reasonable for the price. It seemed that the prices had edged up the second time I went, by which time it had become better known. Obelisk - excellent food and I agree with the other comments. It's a very small place, so it's important to reserve. The menu selection is rather small, so if you have any special preferences, it might be a good idea to discuss them in advance.
