Thanks in advance for your help. Depends on what food you like. I can (and will name) several good places in the Bethesda area. Uncle Jed's Brickhouse Somethingorother. It's at the corner of Old Georgetown Rd and Wisconsin Ave. It's good cajun/southern bar-b-que food. They make their own nachos and the pulled pork nachos are fantastic. Around the corner from that, on Wisconsin Ave across from the Draft House (in the Discovery Building) is the Mongolian Grill. I haven't been to this one, but I went to one in VA and I enjoyed it. You watch them cook your food on a large grill and you can spice it yourself or have them do it. It's a lot of fun. Down the road from there, on the other side of the building is an Outback Steakhouse and The Gulf Coast Grill. Gulfcoast is pretty good and has sea-side type food and fried stuff. The atmosphere is really neat and it's a big drinking/bar kinda place (if you like that). It's on Woodmont Avenue (1 block west of Wisconsin from Mongolian Grill). I don't think I need to describe Outback :) A few blocks west of Gulf Coast is a great pizza place called The Red Tomato. I have recently been there. It was GREAT. All kinds of original pizzas and a nice small cobblestone restaurant. And near that is the Rio Grande Cafe which has pretty good mexican. How's that for a few suggestions? ------ Mickey Lasky [email removed] ITA Communications [email removed] (NeXTMail welcomed) http://www.ita.org/~dokk/ita.html "Forget it.
