Try Ichiban Restaurant in Gaithersburg, near Montgomery Village. They have a fantastic weekday buffet of both Korean and Japanese food. Their sushi is also some of the best I have tasted. Steep prices, but pretty good!

Okay, might be out of the way a little, but... there is a wonderful place on Wisconsin Ave. in DC called Sushi-Ko. It is small, cozy one might say, but is excellent. I always like sitting at the bars of sushi places as they tend to give little extras - same has been true for me at Sushi-Ko. It's across the street and about half a block south of Facia Luna, Austin Grill, the Grog and Tankard, etc. Worth the trip, I think.

Peace -

Mark
