I've been to Andalucia in Rockville a number of times, but not within the past six months. It was excellent every time. I do remember it getting very crowded around prime time. address is 12300 Wilkins Ave. in rockville.

Andalucia also has a Bethesda branch (on Elm?) -- the food is as good and the ambiance a bit better.

1) El Bodegon on 17th and S N.W. in DC (respectable)
2) La Taberna del Alabardero 18 and K NW (pricey)
3) El jaleo (I don't know the address of the top of my head)
specializing in tapas, particularly from Catalonia (Catalunya)
