Appetizer Plus in Rosslyn, and Benkay near the White House.

Appetizers Plus in Rosslyn right near the metro has all you can eat sushi. Not the best in the world, but not bad for the price.

Genjii in Falls Church (a long-time great place!) used to offer specials between Christmas and New Years. The AYCE was well worth it, and they added a few special sushi and maki choices. I've been away for the last several holiday seasons, don't know if they still do this.

Appetizer plus in Rosslyn, Virginia about 2 blocks from Key Bridge. The dinner hour cost is about $15, as I recall.  Sushi, tempura, lots of other stuff.  No shortages.
