Its in the old downtown area and on the corner, if that helps any. Plus, about 20 minutes from Winchester is Martinsburg, WV where there are a few good places to eat. For Chinese, go to the Peking. Some of the best Chinese I have ever eaten (and I have eaten in Chinatowns in DC and Philly). ALso in MArtinsburg, go to the Peppermill and Redfields for good eclectic/American food.
