I know the restaurant you're referring to but have not been there. Our son lived in Virginia Beach for a few years; and when visiti= ng him, our favorite spot to dine was the LYNNHAVEN FISH HOUSE RESTAURANT (804- 481-0003). It is one block north of US 60, 2 3/4 mi= les east of Jct. US 13 at 2350 Starfish Rd. It overlooks the bay with very attractive nautical atmosphere; and when we were last th= ere in 1991, it had delicious meals and great service. It'd be worth a short detour on your way to North Carolina.
