I used to live in Quechee Vermont, and work in a restaurant in that area. Quechee is just off exit 1 on 89 in Vermont. When in Lebanon, the best Restaurant I found was Jesse's right by the Hospital. If you want to venture into Vermont, take a drive to Bridgewater and dine at The Corners Inn. Simon Pierce in Quechee is very good, but a bit pretentious. The Wood Stock Inn just recieved their fourth star and is very good. Stay away From Fire Stones in Quechee, and Bentleys in Wood Stock. Lebanon is full of chain type restaurants which means safe food. Shorties, Apple Bees, et al.
