May I interject that there are two excellent Mexican chefs in NYC. One is Josephina Howard of Rosa Mexicano, the other Jose' Prudhomme. Unfortunately, he started a new restaurant a couple of years ago and I don't know its name. These are not burrito bars, but the real thing. Also there is Zarella's which is also highly esteemed. Outside of NYC, may I add that while not everything is high cuisine, The Red Iguana od Salt Lake City has a Chile Colorado, Papadzules and Chilaquitos which are excellent. Buen apetito
