It is 'descending' over 3 or 4 levels, modern and sparse decor, service the 3 or so times that I have eaten there has been very good. Cooking is very much Pacific Rim. The most interesting dish that I have eaten was '28 vegetables' and there were probably at least 20. Wine list is neither good nor bad, but quite satisfactory for a restaurant of that style.
