For traditional english your best bet is a Pub lunch from around £3. Take the northern line tube to Angel. A nice Salsa restaurant is 'La Finca'. To get there from the Angel, cross the road, turn left to the traffic lights then turn right and its straight on, about a 5 min walk from the tube.
