Mexican Restaurants in London, UK?

To echo another respondent, why? Most of us don't look for bangers and mash or eel pie in Cancun, why Mexican in London? However, if you are determined to do this the best place is the "Polish-Mexican Restaurant" in Shepards Market. Drinks are decent, the Polish food isn't too bad, and the Mexican food won't make you sick. Ohter than that, during the six months I spent there, there is nothing within barfing distance of even Taco Bell. If you can eat a little farther south, however, check in with the folks at La Tienda, a Colombian grocery at 81 Praed Street, near both the Paddington and Edgeware tube stops. When in London, look at Indian food (the best outside of India) or any of the newer restaurants that use local foods, but have moved away from the traditional "stodge, starch and suet" methods. There is a lot of very good food in London these days, but the mexicans haven't gotten there yet.
