I've just finished 6 months working for Hounslow Council & have put on 2 stone due to the Civic Centre (i.e. Borough Offices in Lampton Road) canteen. They almost always have a good curry on as one of the three main meal options, usually veggie with the chickpea & potatoe dish being exceptional. It's open to both staff and public at local gov. type prices. However, in the town itself I didn't manage to find anywhere even reasonable (my old team are going to Chiswick for the xmas lunch). I've got to check on it but I've been told there's a Kerala type restaurant opposite Hounslow West tube & if you don't mind going to Hammersmith there are 2 !! along the main street which are excellent.
