The best Chip Shop is The Long Lane Fish Bar in Bermondsey. Make sure you find the one on the south side of the road, not the one nearer to Borough on the North Side. It is run by Greek Cypriots as all the best chip shops are.

I have been going there regularly for over 20 years.
