Good and fairly cheap resturants in Edinburgh -where?

The Witchery is an excellent restaurant - but I don't think it belongs in a thread with "cheap" in the title ;-)

I've been there a couple of times, but the most recent was about a year ago, so my memory is a bit vague on the specific nature of both the food at the atmosphere.  I do remember that the last time I was there it cost about 100 pounds for two (it was a special occassion, so we'd splashed out on the wine a bit ;-)

What I do remember from every visit, is coming away thinking that I'd definately go back (and I do like my food - so that counts as a strong recomendation).
